Everyone has a great time. Many prizes are available, and the variety of food from the valley is delicious. The cheerleaders, Dance Team and the Nittany Lion are always great and help us get ready for the football season.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 23, 2026 — The Penn State Nittany Lion, The Penn State Cheerleaders, Dancers, and several distinguished University guests headline the 45th annual Penn State Chapter of the Greater Susquehanna Valley pig roast, Sunday August 23th, 2026 at the New Berlin American Legion.
This event is the club’s most attended event and this year we are celebrating our 45th anniversary pig roast in grand style.
Raffles
There will be numerous raffles throughout the day including
- Penn State collectibles auction
- Autographed Penn State memorabilia auction
- Adult and children’s door prizes, and
- The drawing for the Football Ticket Raffle winners.
Last year the raffles included many Penn State collectibles. This year’s raffles will be even bigger and better.
